Dreams really do come true if we know what we want.

As always at this time of year, I take time to reflect on the challenges, changes, and growth.

There are many ways that we unintentionally sabotage our lives, whether that is when we try to stick to routines that are healthy and more productive but conveniently forget, avoid, or distract ourselves.

Currently, we are in the astrological sign of Scorpio, or Pluto energies. Scorpio can represent the ‘hidden’ or unseen underworld of our own realities. This would be an excellent time to look at what we have kept hidden from ourselves and of course others.

What does Halloween mean to you? Are you someone who gets frightened at the thought of ghosts, ghouls, and witches roaming amongst us?

The Ho’oponopono gives us that opportunity to empower ourselves.

Whether we like it or not, our heart centres are opening and there is nothing we can do to stop it. It is what is happening to every one of us, we are experiencing the Golden Age of heart opening.

Astrology has always fascinated me, and as a young child, I was besotted with looking at the stars and planets on a nightly basis. I would look out of my window and watch the sky moving and changing and it was only many years later that I took a short course to understand the basics of astrology.

Have you noticed that your outer world is resonating with your awareness of self?  In other words, what is happening in your external reality is a direct reflection of your inner world of thoughts, feelings, and emotions.

Ascension can be scary, no one has a manual for how to traverse the many changes that happen as we consciously choose to step into a higher level of light.

Today is Solstice as the sun rises in the east, working its way across the sky before setting, blessing us all.

Without a doubt, many of us are struggling right now. Life can be challenging whatever the circumstances.

Before returning to the UK, I could not help noticing that people were curious about how I would react to being back in here.

It was a warm sunny day here in Playa del Carmen and I was sitting in an outside café with Peter, my partner enjoying a cool drink watching the world go by.

Before my youngest daughter was born, I would often ‘see’ an image of her in my mind’s eye. It would happen when I least expected it.
