Divine Note 13 July
When out walking this weekend, Peter (my partner) and I visited a beautiful beach on the west coast of Auckland (Pictures to follow)
We noticed a sign for a walking track that wasn't visible from the beach. We started climbing cliffside along the narrow, wet trail, climbing higher and higher, steeper and steeper.
For as long as I can remember, I haven't liked heights. At one point I stopped, taking a breath, thinking how easy it would be to turn back as I felt fear beginning to rise up. I grounded myself and carried on.
The view from the top was magnificent, indeed initially, I felt nervous standing there, quickly replaced by elation for having reached the summit for having overcome my fear.
Each day face one fear at a time, all is well, you are safe
