And…breathe!
When you think about something that you want and are waiting for the result, for example, a job offer. Ask yourself "How relaxed is my body when I think about it?
This is a perfect time to check in with your physical self as it is an excellent reflection of the situation! Think about the job, or thing you want. If you are feeling good, your shoulders and body are relaxed, you have a smile on your face, you are in alignment with the manifestation of the result you want!
If not, you know what to do!!... Breathe, relax, smile, let go of all physical tension. Take a few slow deep breaths.
If you do this every time, and you still don't manifest what you want, know that something even better is on its way, and it's not your job to fathom it out. Instead, go back to step 1...breath, relax, smile...!
