What quality do you love most about yourself? Too often, we are so externally focused, we do not stop to think about our favourite expression of ourselves. I simply adore being kind. Being kind to myself, being kind to other people. Nothing brings me more pleasure than experiencing kindness, even the smallest acts, can bring incredible joy to self and another.

Dictionary definition of kindness; the quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate.
