If we spend too much time focusing on what is happening in the world, and everyone else, we can easily upset our equilibrium and lose focus on what is important to us.

When we allow time for inner reflection, and retreat from the outside world, we give ourselves a massive hug on the inside. By calming our mind, emotions, and body, we incite creative flow, where ideas, inspiration, healing, and serenity naturally flows.

Spend a few moments consciously connecting to your subconscious mind by closing your eyes, breathing deeply a few times, your body relaxing, whilst imagining a beautiful, abundant garden of flowers, trees, and shrubs.

Notice the flowers gently moving in the breeze, the warmth of the sun, the sounds of the birds singing, the peace, tranquility, and harmony of your inner landscape. Enjoy exploring your garden, returning when you are ready.

Keeping up this practice everyday will change your life.
