Divine Note 21 July

I love flowers, who doesn’t?! The colours, the smells, the frequencies they give off. The insects that love them for their sustenance, the joy that they bring, to our gardens, parks and natural surroundings.

When I posed the question, “favourite flower” I knew it was going to be difficult to answer, as there are so many to chose from! I love the vibrancy of rhododendrons, they grow so big, so tall and can be seen along roadsides from such a distance. Their colours are vast ranging anywhere from white to dark purple and so many shades in-between. They just look stunning.

I’m reminded of stately homes, well-kept lawns and love that they can be seen throughout the Spring, Summer, Autumn and so many birds are attracted to them. They can be known as the thug of plants as it grows so quickly and needs cultivating. Still, what a sight for our eyes when in the perfect location.
